Apartment vacation rentals in Mount Albert

The apartment is composed of 3 floors where 1st floor and 3rd floor are bedrooms while 2nd floor is where we have living area, dining area and kitchen. The design of the apartment is top notch. We like that it’s clean and well equipped. Everything seems to be perfect. The only concern was that there is no private parking. Parking at the roadside is a risk factor that could be concerning for some people.

“Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend!” The house is exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable!

After travelling for a month and staying in hotels, it was really nice to arrive in a cosy home environment . As our luggage was lost, it was so great to have toothpaste and toothbrushes available. Very much appreciated! With help towards the right shops we got all our necessities. They even called us after we checked out that our bags were delivered! Saved us much trouble!

We had an amazing stay! The place was nice, warm and cozy. It was perfect for our little family and Andy was very helpful with setting up the co-sleeper for our boy

Trish’s cottage in Devonport is spacious, beautifully equipped and perfectly situated for the joys of quaint Devonport. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the delights of central Auckland and Viaduct Harbour are a scenic 10 minute ferry ride away. Trish was there to welcome us and remained in touch throughout our stay to see if we needed any help. A very lovely home from home in Devonport.

Great apartment, we walked to 90% of activities/restaurants. Very clean and spacious!

I would highly recommend staying here. Pain was very responsive and helpful through my entire stay. The apartment was very clean, modern and tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. Jessica’s place was great! It’s within walking distance to Newmarket.

Restaurants on your doorstep and walking distance to other nearby shopping/restaurant strips. If you like swimming the pool is just outside the apartment door. Comfy couch and big TV so very comfy if looking for a night in. No air conditioning but wasn’t hot when we stayed so not an issue. Beds very comfy and love that there is two bathrooms and a balcony area. Loved the welcome box of goodies, very thoughtful!

Lilly’s place was amazing! One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in and we have traveled extensively. Very nicely equipped kitchen, herb garden too! Great water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, loved the couches and her style overall. If I return I’ll definitely be back!

Our second stay in The Loft and as with our first visit the property was beautifully clean and well appointed. Generous breakfast provisions were very appreciated to save shopping when only there for 3 nights. In a perfect spot for us close to family, but also easy to commute to airport and downtown. Lovely bakery and fresh fruit shop within a few minutes walk. We would highly recommend staying at Louis and Wendy’s.

Super friendly and responsive host. Modern clean and comfortable accomodation in a great location right near to ponsonby shops, supermarket and restaurants and bars as well as walking distance to eden park and the city. Highly recommend.

The apartment owner created very accessible instructions for checking in and out. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has a lovely view of the sunset, the condo is larger than it appears in the photo. Keep in mind that the keys to the apartment must be picked up at another address 10 minutes away by car from the apartment

Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great that you can park right outside the unit. The owners live upstairs but give you privacy. Unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We loved this Airbnb. It within easy reach of the main places, but so peaceful. Nice large space, comfortable, great bed and great internet. Hosts were awesome too. It is also very reasonable priced. If you can get a slot, book it, you will be very glad you did :)

This is the perfect base to explore Auckland from. It is very spacious, spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. There was absolutely everything you need for a city break. We used the pool and sauna every day, which was a real bonus

We loved our stay here! Our active kids, ages 4 and 8 years, loved the easy access to the beach and playground, and adored spending time in the pool and hot tub every day. The rooms were comfortable and we all slept well. The location was an easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was friendly and communicated well. We would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!
