Vacation rentals with a patio in Moultonborough

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

Thanks Virginia! This was the perfect stay for my son’s graduation. The location is easy to access Plymouth and Holderness. The apartment had everything I needed and your property is beautiful. Fortunately I did not meet up with any bears at Bear’s Nest.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

I had an amazing stay! The property was cute, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing and roasting marshmallows. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!

Cowbell cottage was a perfect option for staying in the lakes region. Nice and private but close to local amenities. Every detail was thought of by Ashlee; we wouldn’t have needed to bring anything extra including toiletries and kitchen goods. The fenced in yard was so perfect for our dog. Definitely a cozy stay! :)

Cayla was a fantastic host! She was always very quick to answer any questions I had and was extremely accommodating and very friendly! Her house was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos. I would love to stay again! A stunning location and her welcome book had a lot of helpful information about the local area. Had a great stay at John’s place. Peaceful spot. Had everything you could ask for in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

This little condo was perfect! It ticked all the boxes I was looking for. The location was great! Accessibility to hiking trails and tourist attractions was close. The walk down to the river was beautiful! The amenities were perfect! (especially the hot tub after hiking all day!) Plus, I rented another one of Cristyn's condos for my sister for one night and booking 2 different units was still easy to manage. Great response time when we had questions. I will definitely be coming back!

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

It was an extremely excellent stay, my fiancé and I absolutely adored Susan’s place! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! And it’s such a peaceful place to stay the bed was extremely comfortable 😇
