Monthly Rentals in Mouen

This house is in a beautiful location with a huge garden. We loved waking up to the view and sheep in the field next door. It is a great base to explore much of Normandy, including the landing beaches, Caen, Mont St Michel and Bayeux. Inside was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you Karine for your hospitality and providing local knowledge - especially of the boulangeries!

We spent three nights at Aurelie and Alessandros Airbnb. We were greeted by Aurelie welcoming us with crisp, fresh local apple juice and biscuits. The place was a nice quiet location to retreat to after busy days of sightseeing around Normandy and its landing beaches. In the village there was a well stocked supermarket and a great bakery (with the most amazing bread!) The accommodation was quiet, private and secluded as well as clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had a great dishwasher, fridge and appliances. Our favourite area was the bathroom, so spacious and modern, yet cosy, with a really nice hot shower. The bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes and the bed was comfy. The heating in the radiators wasn’t on, but we were told to just ask if we felt we’d like it on (in hindsight a little bit of heat could have made especially bed linen feel less cool to get in at night). All in all we feel we had a very comfortable and restful stay. Thank you to our lovely hosts!
