Vacation rentals with a pool in Mouans-Sartoux

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this lovely house with our young daughter. The property has a beautiful distant view towards the bay of Cannes and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal - just a short walk to the local boulangerie and grocer, and a 15 min walk to the charming old town. The location served as a fantastic base to explore the Côte d’Azur and is just a short drive from Nice airport, which made traveling easy. A big thank you to Martine and Dahlia for the warm welcome and quick, helpful communication throughout our stay. This was truly a memorable family break, and we hope to return someday!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Little slice of heaven, surrounded by trees and singing birds, Very close to transport and just 15 minutes from the historic center with museums, beautiful shops and delicatessen :-) Françoise thinks of everything for our comfort and is a very good source of information for visits to the area. Perfect, very welcoming, attentive and available hosts. The apartment is nice, clean, functional with a beautiful sea view. Private parking available. We had a great stay and will be back.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes in this beautiful home! The residence is very quiet, perfect for resting, and offers an amazing view of the sea. The infinity pool is a real plus, with a breathtaking setting. A big thank you to Jérémy, who was extremely responsive and available throughout the stay. Despite our late arrival, he stayed awake to make sure we found the apartment easily, with clear and reassuring instructions. We really enjoyed our stay — it was great, we'll be back with pleasure!

Highly recommend this stay! Everything was perfect!! We work heavily online and the internet was super fast and reliable — no issues at all. The place is beautifully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need.

We stayed at La Sianne in middle of June and were delighted with it. Set on the hillside with absolutely stunning views and beautiful open living spaces. The old world charm of this traditionally Riviera home suited us perfectly. The multiple outdoor spaces ( main floor with gorgeous open vistas) and the generously sized pool area ( with pool house that had a convenient toilet and shower) were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stovetop and refrigerator but also had many conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cheese grater, food processor, ample serving bowls/trays, bread baskets, separate pantry/laundry room). Additionally as a great bonus that I missed when viewing the listing is the large outdoor kitchen that you can use the electric grill, and a drying clothesline and charcoal barbeque in the back). The one drawback was that the oven instructions were in German and the welcome book did not explain how to use it so we couldn’t. The bedrooms were clean and well sized, and there were ample bathrooms. Situated on the hill you have to be prepared for the steep driveway, but the ample parking space at the house allowed for easy turning around ( which was good as we had a large car for 5 people). Ideally located it is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Ste Maxime, (so charming!!), beaches and close to the Bateaux Verts for daily excursions to St Tropez or Grimaud ( much better than dealing with the coastal roads that can be very busy). Check in was smooth and with no issue. A beautiful property and I cannot wait to return!

The house was very nice and the view just a dream. We just had the problem finding the house. But after we learned that we have to drive a code through a gate to this secured environment, everything worked smoothly.

Lovely villa! Great location and facilities. Pool was used by all every day! Had everything you need! Great hosts!!

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

The villa is located further up the hill and you have fantastic views, including directly to St. Tropez. You can easily park on the street and the house manager gives a small tour. On departure, there is a flexible key compartment. The villa is super clean and very modernly furnished: both with air conditioning and heating. The pool with sea views is always pleasantly warm and the jacuzzi and sauna are a real plus. We were there with 8 guests and everyone was just thrilled. Communication was always friendly and helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain. Every Monday there is a market in the village and the area has great coastal paths. We hope to be able to come back soon. Thanks!

Amazing Airbnb, we stayed here during the film festival. The host was very kind and respected our privacy. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to travel to Cannes!

Beautiful house in a good location. A stay at the top!

Beautiful large house, furnishings a bit outdated, very well equipped kitchen, great pool, plenty of space. We found beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable, in front of all the plastic covers. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning or fans. And also no fly screens. Since we had to sleep with the window open because of the heat, we got an infinite amount of mosquito bites every night. And mosquito repellent didn't help.
