We had an incredible six-month stay at Audrey’s apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during this time! The location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Nice, just a short walk from the railway station and surrounded by all the shops, restaurants, and conveniences you could need. Whether you’re starting a new chapter in Nice or just spending a few months here, this apartment offers both comfort and practicality. The space itself is well-equipped, cozy, and easy to settle into, making daily life effortless and enjoyable. Audrey was a fantastic host—always responsive, accommodating, and ready to help whenever needed. This apartment truly made our experience in Nice special, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city!

We had a wonderful time. Pascale welcomed us and gave us good recommendations for site seeing and car rentals. The stay was comfortable in a beautiful setting. Most sites ( Nice airport, Eze, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Cap d’Ail and Monaco were 20- 45 minutes by car. We could explore quite a few highlights. A big thank you!

The view was really nice and Joanna was very welcoming, the roof top pool came in handy overall it was a great experience.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

The place was at a great spot in down town Nice. It was right on one of the main streets, but the room itself you couldn’t hear any of the noises from outside. Place was also five minutes walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk from all the beaches in Nice so it was perfect.

The stay at Gérard's was lovely. The accommodation is clean, functional and very conveniently located. Gérard was flexible with arrival times, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment in a secure complex. A beautiful sandy beach is a 5-minute walk. Two bus lines with frequent stops at street corners. Large terrace, a sunny and shaded part. The supermarket is in the complex, it has two good bakeries a 5-minute walk away. Antibes is centrally located on the Côte d 'Azur, there are beautiful attractions on both sides.

Our stay at Elodie's was wonderful! The apartment is exactly as described – very bright, clean and in a great location. Communication with Elodie was super friendly and fast. She was very helpful and prepared everything well. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend staying with her. Thank you, Elodie!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

Pierre's apartment is in a charming port near Saint-Tropez, with private access through a barrier. The area is picturesque, and it was delightful to walk from the taxi to the apartment. There’s a cozy fish restaurant on-site, Baou, where you can enjoy coffee and a warm welcome from the elderly owners. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but the short stairs are manageable. It’s two-story, with a relaxed minimalist style and designer renovation. It’s bright, with air conditioning and lovely views of palm and pine trees, boats, the port, and villas. The terrace view is a highlight. The apartment is well-equipped with wardrobes, TV, sound system, glasses, dishes, a coffee machine, hair dryer, steamer, iron, towels, and a barbecue. Pierre helped us with the entrance door on the first day and allowed a 3 PM self-checkout. It takes 8 minutes to Saint-Tropez by taxi and 30 minutes in rush hour. Pamplone Beach is also nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wow wow wow, Herve’s house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, everything is spotlessly clean and in gorgeous surroundings. All the amenities you could ever need. It is in a private gated domaine so you feel very safe. Nathalie was really helpful and flexible with check in time and met us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange a private chef to come to the villa on the last evening which was absolutely exceptional. It was a great location, about a ten minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops/taxi companies/uber/bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port that takes you to st tropez and other locations. We felt right at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip.

Perfect home and location! We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s place. It was easy to find, clean, very spacious (across multiple floors), and an authentic style. Great value for the price. Location is very ideal and 10 mins walk from beach and train station and 3 mins walk to several restaurants and supermarket. Anna gave several recommendations which helped us navigate Antibes our first day and was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is well suited to cook which was nice to have some meals in. Highly recommend staying at Anna’s in Antibes - found this town more quaint and enjoyable than Nice and Cannes, while still very lively with many restaurants, shops, and good bars for the evening (and still a short train away to visit other towns). As others mentioned, for awareness only to those with mobility issues there are several steps as it is a 5 floor home but it was not an issue for our group, and rather enjoyable to have so much space!

Helena was a great host and the house was a perfect setting for our week end with beautiful views and outside the busy-ness of Nice. Helena was also flexible with check in and check out making our stay easier! Would definitely recommend

We loved this place! We loved its location, the house and lovely outdoor space. It was close proximity to the beach and we enjoyed using it as a base to explore the local area. Elodie and Brice were great! I would highly recommend this property, especially for a family.

Very welcoming host, easy to find, clean, as described i highly recommend it only downside is the insulation is too light a toaster that doesn't work and a shower with water leak but Catia was very responsive thank you again!
