Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Grenadjärstorp in idyllic Borghamn

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. This will be our 10 year hosting our cottage and we have through these years met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests who describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby there is a stone industry that is in use.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. A tiny house, 36 sqm, with modern furnishings from 2019 with large terrace, 100 meters from the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a sofa bed, toilet with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Timberhouse near beautiful lake Sommen

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Toilet and shower with water heater. Furnished patio with roof. Only 150 meters to the lovely Varamostranden beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sandy bottom perfect for families. There are 2 restaurants nearby by the water.

Västanvik, close to Östgötaleden's hike, Vättern's coves and swimming, walks, a quiet moment and possible day trips to Motala, Askersund, Medevi, Vadstena, and more! Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 min by car is the largest lake bath in the Nordic countries and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala GK, Vadstena GK and Askersunds GK.
