On our property, there is a playground and a sandbox that can be used with pleasure, as well as its own seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used in consultation! Leisure facilities with outdoor swimming pool, beach volleyball court and public playground in 250m walk.

Bichl hut, a drop-off cabin with comfort

Ideal dropout hut feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer and beautiful mountain and hiking routes ! Bike enthusiasts especially like the Ybbstaler bike path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers don't get short either. In the surrounding restaurants, guest and inns, they are well spoiled for culinary delights. Access to the hut is possible by car, via a gravel road.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
