Very nice townhouse, well equipped! Games and toys available, big plus for families! House in a very quiet environment.

We had a great time at an exceptional place to stay. The swimming pool and pool are just amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. Also the rooms were very nice and each had their own bathroom. You were not allowed to look very closely, it was sometimes already very dusty and the drawers in the kitchen including the dishes would also have to be cleaned again. Otherwise everything is really great!!!

A family home worth recommending! With a little 2-year-old man, you feel at home from the first few minutes. There is no need to say, Alix, Gilles and their children know how to host. Very friendly concierge, very pleasant contact. If you like the charm of the old, go for it! Located a few minutes' walk from Nancy Thermal, the house is also close to all amenities and main roads... but a little far from the hypercenter. Spaces found relatively easily on the street. In short, we will come back without hesitation!

House true to its description with an impression of gathering in a cottage lost in nature while it is located in the city. Very nice welcome, clean accommodation, fully equipped with especially the bonus of the bucolic garden which is a haven of serenity. Artist home decor! I can only warmly recommend Carine's house!!

Charming house, spacious and very well maintained. The spaces are functional and well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay there. Thanks to Virginia for her phone availability and advice and to François for her presence at our departure. Only one-way street parking can be difficult.

It was super easy to communicate with Christian to access the listing. The tour of the place went well and it was even better than I thought, a very nice surprise. There's really a lot of space, we didn't step up at all even imagining 6. It has everything you need for a good time and we loved drinking coffee on the terrace in the morning. We had a great time with Christian. We needed to be close to skate Park and it was so the location was perfect for us. We were also able to realize that we were close to the center of Toul. I personally loved the touches of vintage decor and the bottles of water that saved us. Thanks for the warm welcome!

As soon as the door opened, we felt welcomed into a real family home with a soul. It was very easy to put down our suitcases and make us feel at home. Julia and Antony's delicate attentions were appreciated as well as Virginia's very good hospitality. The house is in a great location, making it easy to visit Nancy and the area and the proximity to Sainte Marie Park and the thermal baths is very nice. The garage is a real plus and avoids getting away a little to get away for free parking. We really had a lovely 10 days in Nancy and thank our hosts again.

We had a great extended weekend at Eliette's with family and friends. The house is spacious, completely remodeled with taste, efficiency, modern amenities of excellent quality and attention to detail. Everything is very clean. The terrace and garden are also very neat and very well equipped. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and the grown-ups played tennis, before enjoying the barbecue on the large terrace extended by the lawn. The house is in a friendly Alsatian village, which is a good base to radiate to Strasbourg, Colmar or Germany. It's also possible to take nice walks around the area, on foot or by bike. Eliette and her husband are very friendly hosts and who care about the well-being of their guests. Really great place! We'll be happy to go back.

A great discovery of a family home where you can meet. Julien is really a great host, ultra available to answer any of our questions. The house is really great, with a warm living room and perfectly suitable for families and well separated sleeping areas so that everyone can have their privacy. The rest of the house is just as perfect: spacious and quiet bedrooms, very clean bathrooms, perfect linens, toilet on all floors, a small exterior that must allow you to enjoy the summer. It is also very well located in the heart of the village, the bakery just opposite is a real plus! The house is really well remodeled and spotless, in short, we will really enjoy coming back for other family moments! A big thank you to Julien (and Carine)!

We had a pleasant stay, the place is very individual and coolly decorated. Everything was clean and tidy. Great that you can use the projector in the living room. Upstairs it is very cozy, but not so well suited for very tall people. Maxime had let us know that there is an extra roommate with a cat. It is very intimate and we enjoyed her presence. Through the cat flap, she comes in and out on her own. The location of the accommodation is ok, bakery and shopping are within walking distance. Downtown is a little further away, but easily accessible by bus or car. The communication with Maxime was pleasant, we were able to resolve any questions quickly and easily. We enjoyed it very much!

5 Stars - Perfect Stay! I had an incredible stay at Pascal's place during Christmas holidays! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything I needed. It made exploring the area so convenient. Pascal was fantastic – super friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and were always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations. His hospitality truly made our stay special. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back. We had a great time in the quiet and beautiful colors of autumn in Marc's place. When we arrived, we met a person and their child in the private park but Marc made them leave and assured us that they were not allowed and we did not meet someone in the park. It's very nice to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi with the bluetooth option. We took advantage of the sound system in the house, it was great to put on the music very much without disturbing anyone! ☺️ We recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine's home very much. It is a real treat to have the advantages of a house with a private garden in a city. We relished its cooling effect on the hot summer days. We liked the ensuite shower just behind the bed in the master bedroom facing the garden. You'll enjoy the morning sun there when you've opened the automatic roller blinds. The other office/ bedroom is facing the street and getting the afternoon sun. Cathrine put so much love into renovating the house, it's a real gem. You will find everything you need for your stay. Within walking distance there is a Monoprix and Carrefour. Nancy Thermal is just a step away just like the Art Noveau Museum. You'll find a bus stop in front of Nancy Thermal where you can get into the town centre in about 10 min. Parking is possible in front of the house or the surrounding streets. We found the payment via app comfortable, but there is also a parking meter. It was always easy and nice getting in touch with Cathrine.

A real Airbnb like we love them! Warm, convenient, and comfortable to stay in Lots of games /books for young and old. Outside is great! Nothing to say, it's great!
