Nice stay. Walkable to restaurants in Caen. Michel was responsive and friendly.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Bright and well arranged apartment. Central location. Host listens. A small downside though, it would be missing a few extra duvets and a blanket or two on the couch.

Great long weekend exploring Caen and surrounds. The Airbandb was a perfect base. Plenty of peaceful space to relax in between exploring. Could not access WiFi though.

An absolutely perfect stay! Alexis is an exceptional host, very welcoming and attentive, always available to answer questions. The space was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated, exactly as pictured. I particularly appreciated the calm and soothing atmosphere of the place. 100% would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay with our two children. Very well equipped and clean accommodation. Close to the ramparts, shop next door and parking space.

We came with family (4 adults) to spend 2 nights at Louis's. We were hosted very well. Louis offered us tours to do around the accommodation. We are only a 20 min drive to Mont Saint Michel. The village is very quiet. The village next door has everything you need for shopping. The house is very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and is really super well-equipped. Everything is available to feel at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee maker and Senseo, cake/oven/presentation dishes... 2 walk-in shower rooms, 2 toilets, the necessary equipment for young children and not negligible washing machine...). We were not able to enjoy the terrace because the weather did not lend itself to it, but in the right season it must be a real pleasure especially since it has a barbecue. We recommend Louis 200%. Armelle’s place is wonderful, clean, bright, spacious, warm, peaceful, and made even better by how welcoming, friendly and helpful Armelle is! The kitchen is super well equipped, everything is clean, the hot tub is simply fabulous and the board games are a great addition. Don’t hesitate to book, you’re in for a treat!

First experience at Airbnb and we're so excited. The apartment is as described by Régine. Great location to visit Granville and the Chausey Islands, very well furnished in a very well maintained building. The basement garage is a plus. And Régine was very nice on the phone.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment with our two toddlers. Very well located to reach the city center of RenneS, moreover the neighborhood remains very quiet. There are some convenient convenience stores. the apartment is nikel, clean and well decorated. we are fine there. Maëlys is super responsive and very considerate. go there without so much as a second thought!

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

We are a family of 5 and spent 1 week in Jullouville. The apartment was great and corresponded to the description. We were best impressed by the proximity to the beach. We were also able to sit and eat outside a lot as the dining area is wind-protected and sunshields are also protected from the sun. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful holiday.

The location is perfect for visiting Granville, very close to the beach, and in front of the covered market which is excellent. Parking for free not too far away is simple. The accommodation is small but perfectly organized, very well equipped. Thank you for the warm welcome and good advice!
