Chalet vacation rentals in Moray

We loved the Garden House! We had rental car problems while we were there so we did not get to explore the area nearly as much as we had hoped, but if we had to be stuck somewhere, waiting for the rental company to supply us with a new car, we could not have landed in more peaceful and beautiful place. The Garden House was absolutely delightful, the bed comfy, kitchen well stocked and easy to use and the surrounding gardens just outside the three walls of windows were a complete delight. Add to this the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts and the experience couldn't have been better. We would happily stay here again. Just maybe with a different car next time. ;-)

We had a great stay at Hayden lodge. The caravan is perfect for a short stay, it was clean, comfortable and modern with everything you could need. Lisa was a great host, she responded quickly to any questions we had and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had 2 young boys who enjoyed playing with the games and watching the dvds provided. Boat of Garten is a great base for exploring the cairngorms aswel as local walks. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing place to stay alongside the river spey!! Thanks Howard for the warm welcome note and wine ! Plenty of space for two families (4 members each). The lodge very clean and had all the essentials needed on holiday. Peaceful surroundings well connected to the riverside walk. The directions shared were accurate and easy to checkin. House is well equipped with CDs, audio and video cassettes and kids games for the entertainment. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen is also well stalked with utensils and white goods.

Wonderful caravan, with everything we needed. Beautfiul scenery looking out over a field with cows and calves in. Location was ideal for our family to explore the area. The kids climbed their first munro, they loved the local pump track and woods and had an amazing day at Landmark!

we visited the area for the mountain bike trails and walking. the location was great for that. also very close to several whiskey distilleries if that's your thing. Property great for our dog with enclosed garden.

Fantastic host, excellent communication from Brigid right from the start. Place is great and can’t wait to go back. So peaceful and completely stress free….

Had a fantastic Easter holiday in Boat of Garten. Fiona’s caravan was spacious, warm and cosy and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4 and pet dog. Lots of great walks and bike rides in the area. A well equipped kitchen but who needs to cook when Anderson’s is a short walk away - their takeaway pizzas are delicious! Would highly recommend Fiona’s caravan for anyone wanting to explore Aviemore and Speyside.

Lesley is a fantastic host—friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. This was truly a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, fully organized, and thoughtfully prepared, making it a comfortable place to relax. The location is superb, with easy access to all the main attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, an amazing stay! I highly recommend Lesley’s place and would definitely stay here again.
