Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. Historical house was built in the early 19th century. Flat´s location in the courtyard with the garden will give you safety and calmness. The area of 75 sq m and 3 separate rooms are spacious for 6 people. The house is situated in Old Town, walking to the Castle hill and pedestrian zone with all atractions. Apt is close to good restaurants, vineries, pubs, coffee places, music clubs, museums and galleries or National theatre. Flat has wheelchair access and is familly friendly.

Newly renovated, fully furnished 1 + kitchenette apartment with a terrace, facing the courtyard, is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator). Although the house is on the square, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Within a 5-minute walk, there is the Slavkov Castle with a beautiful park, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, wine shops, shops, etc. There is also a golf course, swimming pool and other sports facilities nearby.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. We offer a quiet apartment on the Bratislava promenade overlooking the Danube, where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is located in the socio commercial center Eurovea in close proximity to the new building of the Slovak National Theatre and within walking distance (5 minutes) to the historical center. There are plenty of shops, cinemas and gyms available within the Eurovea complex.
