You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Large beautiful old town villa in the center of Banska Stiavnica near Klopačka. It is possible to rent the whole villa "AMALIA" or separately the ground floor "AMA" or "LIA" floor. The ground floor "AMA" is for 8 people with a separate entrance. Furnished in original style of older times (fireplace in each room). A cascading garden behind the villa, with picnic spots and glamorous views. For summer sitting, there is a patio with awning and a barbecue fireplace. Parking for max 2 cars behind sliding gate.

Located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from beautiful MIkulov, 8km from Moravia Aquapark, 8km from Vestonic Venus ... near Valtice, Lednice (20km) and 1 hour you have it from us to Vienna:). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large common room, a kitchen and TV, and a playroom for kids and grown-ups alike. There is an outdoor grill, a seating area on the terrace.

Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.
