This luxury camping pod is set in the small picturesque village of Bracara and has stunning uninterrupted views of Loch Morar. We are situated a short 5 minute drive to the famous Morar Silver Sands and Camusdaroch beaches and only 10 minutes from Mallaig village where guests will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. And for those inclined, we are only 45 minutes from Ben Nevis.
“Wonderful, remote, 'off the grid' place to stay. The pod is beautifully located and the views are stunning. You have everything you need for a short stay and it was spotlessly clean. Communication with Allana was quick and efficient and check in and out was easy and hassle free. She also provided excellent instructions with regards to location. We'd 100% recommend a stay here.”
Wake to the morning call of Invercaimbe's resident Curlews and fall asleep after witnessing one of Arisaig's spectacular sunsets. Perched directly above the beach, Invercaimbe Croft House is a tastefully decorated, traditional croft house perfectly suited to both families and couples alike.
“We spent two weeks in the accommodation. It was just wonderful. The house is so great right on the beach and the space at the kitchen window is just a dream. It does not matter if the weather is dry and sunny, or the rain is whipping. You are protected behind the window and it feels almost like being outside. Pamela and her niece Paula were very friendly and helpful and responded promptly when we needed something. With the dog we could make beautiful beach walks directly from the house. The rooms are very nicely decorated and in the evening we heated the fireplace. It is really cozy there and the location is just spectacular. Pamela welcomed us with a basket of bread, wine and snacks and everywhere in the rooms there were fresh flowers in vases.”
We have the most spectacular beaches just on our doorstep with some lovely scenic walks around. Mallaig only 2 miles away with the train stopping outside our door. Island hop to the small isle archipelago. You will not be disappointed.
“Caberfeidh B&B is in a wonderful location and the house is lovely but Bill and Eileen were outstanding hosts who really went above and beyond to welcome us into their home and make our stay exceptional. Eileen’s breakfasts were incredible and really set us up for a long day walking. They were so generous in helping us to dry our soggy things ready for the next day. Their local knowledge and recommendations in the area were greatly appreciated and really helped us get the most out of our short stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at Caberfeidh to anyone wanting to visit the local area.”
