Centrally heated throughout, the apartment is on the side of the main residence with its own private access. Situated in the leafy Leeds suburb of Shadwell, less than 2 miles from Roundhay Park and shops, restaurants and bars on Street Lane. York, Wetherby, Harrogate, Skipton and the Dales are within easy reach, between 10 and 50 miles away.

We are located in a very quiet residential area of Leeds (Meanwood) with local supermarkets and cafes close by. We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats sofa bed, and a single foldable mattress which can be placed on a metal frame in the living room. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses on the main road 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.
