Beach house vacation rentals in Moorea-Maiao

Had a magnificent stay at Villa Heiva. The kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong and football a lot. Excellent bbq, very large fridge huge tv and a lot of space inside and out. Mattresses are very comfy.

We loved our stay! The pool was wonderful. The snorkeling was amazing and literally out the back door. Our 6 and 8 year olds were able to enjoy chasing fish and playing with crabs in the shallows. There are markers out in the coral reef indicating the coral trail. This is some of the biggest and most elaborate coral I have ever seen. We saw giant sea anemones, I’ve never seen anything like it! The paddle board was nice to take out snorkeling with kids so they had a place to rest if needed. Most of the property has been remodeled and is very modern, the exception being the powder room. The kitchen opens to the back area with barstools at the counter, we ate here most of the time. The doors open in front and back letting a nice breeze blow through. Be prepared for mosquitos because, remember where you are. Amazing fenced in outdoor space for kids to roam and mango tree in the front. Henri accommodated our early arrival. Some noise from public park next door, not bad.

Wow! This is by far the most beautifully decorated beach homes I’ve ever seen. The lovely artwork offers something new to discover every time you turn around. The pool and the mountain views are simply dreamy! The beds and bedding are so comfortable, even on my slightly sunburnt skin. Just a short walk away is our favorite beach, (Temae) known for its wonderful swimming and vibrant reef to explore. Also the little grocery store in a super delicious pizza place are relatively close. Life feels perfect when staying here. I hope to come back again!

Perfect location, a quick drive from the airport. Everything is just like the pictures and instructions to get in are right on the dot. Won't hesitate to stay again.

Franck's place is part of his house. Behind the walls and above the room, there is Franck's family who lives there. The garden, bedroom and kitchen are perfectly insulated in terms of being overlooked. I had to be very careful when parking because the space is narrow for a Duster and the road is sloping. In the listing, Franck offers activities like fishing but in reality you have to pay! Please note that cancellation is not free. That said, I had a great time and my son enjoyed the pool a lot.

Big thanks for a wonderful stay! The accommodation was even more charming than the photos, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt like at home. This villa is a gem. It has a nice patio, garden pool and most importantly a beautiful view of the ocean below. You will love it. Sophie, one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever chatted with, is extremely helpful and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommended.

David and family are awesome! Polyglot, multicultural, friendly, and very knowledgeable. you will feel right at home. Peaceful place right by the lagoon. You can snorkel right from the property's beach or dock. David offers Kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, and bicycles as well. you can find more activities like scuba diving, quad tours, jet-skiing, hiking, and more. Enjoy Moorea!

Lani was the absolute best host ever!!!!!! Anything that I needed whether it was dishwasher pods, laundry soap (that wasn’t even meant to be included), trash bags and I could send a text and she would have someone in her family drop it off that day. She even allowed us to check in two hours early on pretty late notice. She was the sweetest host ever. The house was super special too, the ocean was our backyard and the snorkeling was gorgeous! There were also a lot of island puppies that would come into the backyard to say hello! The stove heated up super nicely and the AC in the bedrooms was perfect! The grocery store was a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. But there was a little general store that was a three minute walk away! All around, it was perfection and we would stay again!!

We’ve been to Moorea many times and this place was very nice. The location provides stunning views of the reef and the “ Shark/Ray” snorkel site. You are close to many restaurants and couple of decent little “Magasins” or stores. The house is spacious, but I spent most of my time enjoying the view from the deck. The spa sized pool was perfect for cooling off and a well positioned tree provides good shade. The bedrooms each have their own mini-split, so you have cool air at your fingertips. Finally, on top of all this the lodging is a bargain ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at this Airbnb in Tahiti was absolutely unforgettable. The house had the best views I’ve ever seen — waking up to the turquoise water and palm trees was like living in a postcard. The beach was just steps away, quiet, clean, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing. The house itself was fully equipped with everything I needed — from kitchen supplies to beach towels and even little extras that made it feel like home. Super clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The host agency was also excellent — they kept great communication with me throughout my stay, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and responding quickly to any questions. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious beach getaway in Tahiti!

The Bali Hai house is beautiful and comfortable for groups, and we wish we could stay even longer! The photos are very accurate and if you enjoy a sweet house with awesome historic, tiki vibes you will love the house. We cooked daily in the kitchen, and having the grocery store so close was perfect. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. Poema was super responsive and proactive with the most thorough home tour and local expertise. We even spotted her several times around Moorea and it’s so nice to have someone nearby in case you need anything. But the house is well-equipped and lovely. Thank you for sharing the home with us!

Our stay was phenomenal. The lagoon outside your doorstep is incredible, so much to see! Fish of every kind, sharks, turtles, rays, eels, etc… The house itself is also soooo amazing. Clean, well equipped, quiet, secluded, comfortable. We found ourselves leaving to go adventure the island and ultimately wanting to come back to our perfect little home on the lagoon. You will not regret staying here! We so hope to return in the future. Also Kaipolani and her family were fantastic. Warm, hospitable, friendly, helpful. Great people.

This is a beautiful place, it is hard to find enough superlatives! The shallow lagoon is gorgeous, and basically totally private. The air conditioned bedrooms were perfect for sleeping, and the bathrooms, although small, were everything you need. Highly recommend!

We have nothing to say about the accommodation, perfect, clean, beautiful sea view, saw reef sharks, public beach 50 m easy access the only small downside I would have to say is the air conditioning in the rooms apart from that nothing to complain about the house

BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH! I stayed at Tanoa’s place for six nights and throughly enjoyed every minute. The bungalow is situated in a beautiful garden. I spent many an hour on the deck that looked out into the garden. Great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening. Inside, the bungalow is a delight! It is artfully appointed and very cozy. The kitchen has all I needed to make some delicious meals. The appliances, including washer and dryer, are modern. My bed was super comfortable. It was clear to me that Tanoa spent a lot of effort to make this house welcoming to guests. Tanoa is an excellent host. She was instantly available to answer any question and she provided nice recommendations. My advice is to reserve this place now! Also, I recommend that you rent a car so it will be easy to explore the beauty and magic of Mo’orea. Finally, make reservations now to eat at the Coco Beach Restaurant located a short boat-ride away. Fantastic!

Manea and her family's house is simply exceptional: location (“big screen” lagoon view) and interior layout, the whole thing has crazy charm. Communication with Manea and Florence was very fluid, nothing to say, they went out of their way to help us have the most pleasant stay possible. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this little bungalow, despite the fact that it rained frequently and we didn’t have a car or motorbike. Maire, the neighbor who acts as the agent for the property, was always helpful and checked in regularly to make sure we were okay. The best part about the stay was getting to know the neighborhood. Because we walked a lot, to the little store and to the snack place across the street from it, we got to interact with the kind local people. One couple even stopped their car —twice! — to give us rides. The bungalow itself is comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. There are a couple of fans. A nice covered lanai has table and chairs and loungers. Overall it was definitely good value for money! WiFi meh The waterfront just below the bungalow is beautiful. We didn’t go swimming because of the bad weather but someone staying in another bungalow did. You’d need water shoes to wade across a little muddy area.

A very nice meeting. Marie-Lou and Gilles were very welcoming, caring and had good tips to facilitate our stay in Moorea. They also shared some very interesting anecdotes about Polynesia. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Shops are nearby, I still recommend having a means of transportation to make the most of the beauty that Mooréa has to offer. Marie-Lou's small touches were appreciated. Māuruuru maitai!

This is a very great place to stay. It is my second year to share the hospitality of these fantastic hosts. They treat me like family. Get recommendations for excursions. I did and what a great time. It’s quiet and away from crowds. I loved listening to the South Pacific roar at night. This is the place where the breezes lull you to sleep. Thank you so much for all your kindness. I miss you ALL already.

My family and extended family stayed at Victor's lovely home for a two night stay while in Tahiti waiting to head to mo'orea for an extended stay. The home was perfect for our group as we had 8 adults plus my 2 very young children. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and quite pleased to find that there were small children's play toys which was a super bonus to give the kids something to do around the house 😊. We also loved that the beach was walking distance from the house which was a nice bonus that we could walk over as a group and spend some time in the ocean together. I highly recommend Victor's home for a small group or larger group, short stay or longer stay.

Arnaud is very responsive and accommodating. The house is superb, very well-equipped and impeccably clean. Geographical location close to beautiful beaches. Everything was perfect!
