Vacation rentals with a patio in Montséret

A haven of peace in the heart of the city. We had a real crush on this oasis of greenery and tranquility. We would have stayed more than one night! Barbara's instructions for finding the apartment were very clear and it was a real plus to be able to leave our bikes on the terrace. The bedding is comfortable and the sheets are soft! We recommend this place.

Jeremy was an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. He met us to provide the keys and show us around the apartment. The location and the view was absolutely beautiful with a great view on the Mediterranean. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We would not hesitate to come back. The apartment is very well equipped and super clean. It's very quiet. The safe parking for our car and the bikes was perfect for us. Check-in and checkout worked on time and the Annie was very pleasantly ☺️ clear recommendation, to feel comfortable 👍

Weekly stay in Servian. Comfortable accommodation as described. It is perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. Very quiet and peaceful place. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and the center of Servain is 1 km away. A very charming city center typical of the area.

Nice little apartment, very quiet and not even a 5-minute walk to the beach. The description is better than in the photos You can barbecue outside in the small private courtyard behind. The apartment is very complete, you will have everything you need whether it is in the kitchen, for your small pet or for your children Emmanuelle is a very pleasant host, responsive and always available, go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed. Lots of small restaurants around but really what we liked was the proximity to the beach We'll be happy to go back to your beautiful region with our little bundle of joy (Vanilla). The apartment was quiet, spacious and well-equipped with a strategic geographical location for visiting caves, museums, the city of Carcassone, the Canal du Midi, beautiful hiking loops...

Pleasant host during our short stay, clean house that offers plenty of products (rice, cocoa, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, dishwashing liquid….) very nice if you forgot to bring them from home I recommend it and would love to come back if the opportunity arises.

Agnieszka was lovely. The place is exactly as pictured. There were 6 of us travelers and we didn't want for anything. Very well equipped and very functional. The beds are good. Everything was very clean. Lots of appliances and cooking equipment. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach via a pedestrian path from the residence. In short, perfect: we'll be back with pleasure!

We loved our one month stay at Col's place. It is right in the centre of a quant village and you can walk to the shops, canal du midi and river Aude. It is only 10-15 mins from Carcassonne by car. The house is really comfortable and well equipped with lovely little outside eating areas. Col was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.
