Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Welcome to our charming and cheerful two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Montrose! Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Relaxation and comfort will be at your fingertips in our lower level apartment located in Paonia town limits. Sleep soundly in a king sized tempurpedic bed. Wake to play Pickleball or Frisbee Golf just outside the door. You will find the equipment in the lower kitchen drawer. Bike or walk up the hill to the BLM or downtown to eat at one of several tasty restaurants. Visit local Vineyards, Art Galleries, Organic Farms or Breweries. Then relax in the indoor hot tub overlooking the Park.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

AMAZING LOCATION!!! Near Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and all the adventures the Western Slope offers! The Lodges are made up of two 4 plex buildings (see pictures) that all sleep up to six. They include kitchens, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, antenna TV, and a view of the San Juan Mountains. Room may not be exactly what is pictured.
