L'entrée du logement est indépendante. Depuis août 2024, vous pouvez profiter d’un espace terrasse et son petit salon extérieur qui sont privatifs au studio. Just rest or take long walks on the banks of the canal (300 m from the cottage). Many hikes in the municipality and the GR37 borders our property.

La Boulangerie - 50 m from the train station

This 40m2 apartment, entirely renovated by myself, is located 2 steps from the Montreuil-sur-Ille train station. Very luminous, it is located on the second floor accessible by stairs and can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. With bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included, all you have to do is drop off your suitcases!
