Monthly Rentals in Montmérac

Traveling for work. I had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very well arranged. The bedding is very good. View of the pool from the living room. Very tasteful decor. I didn't have time to test the Nordic bath. The terrace is accessible only to guests. I recommend this accommodation for holidays, a weekend or for a work trip.

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Very welcoming, responsive and considerate hosts. Sarah and Richard are present according to our needs without being intrusive and always smiling. Very nice accommodation, perfect for a couple. Property to keep for a future stay.
