Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montferrat

We booked the panoramic cottage for a weekend, as we met with friends to do the Lake Paladru Trail. We had a great time contemplating the lake view, offered by the ideal location of the cottage. Tireless, especially when the sun comes out. The owner is very helpful, for example. We were out of firelighters for the BBQ, he showed us the way to his house to get some. A grocery store is at the end of the street (be careful it's good but very expensive). We recommend this place!

In this very beautiful region, this is a very peaceful place, with absolute calm. The different animals present (chickens, ducks, cows) add a total change of scenery for city dwellers like us… Very nice garden with breathtaking views as you can see in the photos. Laura is extremely welcoming and friendly, which doesn't spoil anything. Freshly laid eggs are highly appreciated.

Beautiful house that has been renovated with care and a lot of taste. The accommodation matches the photos and explanations exactly. Quality amenities, comfortable bed and absolute cleanliness. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful setting. Perfect for our via ferrata weekend. Cave with quarry and the Veyrand rock. I 100% recommend this host.

An absolutely perfect stay! The garden is beautiful and very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The house has been tastefully refurbished, everything is beautifully arranged and very comfortable — special mention for the beds, really large and pleasant. Excellent stay in a green setting with mountain views. Large windows opening onto beautiful scenery. The accommodation is nice and very clean. The place is peaceful. We were hosted very well by Mathieu and his partner who are very friendly and attentive. I recommend this place for all nature and mountain lovers, but not only!!!

Great place to stay to discover the area between Annecy and Genoble. Good parking for car and trailered motorcycle. Comfortable and spacious living area and kitchen. Beautifully situated within short walking distance of the village with bakeries, restaurants and all amenities. Wonderful hosts who really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a lovely stay at Chantal's house. Splendid view of the mountains! Ideally located near the stadium (for the start of the Trail des 3 convents we were doing) and departures very nice hikes. We enjoyed the quiet.

Perfect, peaceful apartment in a great location. Everything about this place was wonderful. We were met by our friendly, responsive, informative host on arrival who showed us around and gave us lots of helpful hints about the area. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, private, comfortable and very well equipped. The comfy beds were made up with good quality linen. The delightful garden was a lovely spot to sit having a coffee or a wine. Being just out of Grenoble was a bonus. The twenty minute walk into town was pleasant and it was nice to return to peace and quiet with a car parking space. For necessities there are shops just around the corner. What more can I say? Ten stars!!!

I spent 5 days that were both intense and relaxing. I didn't have time to visit Le Bourget, because I came to take exams, but I could see the lake and the mountains… The setting is simply beautiful! We had a pleasant short stay with very hospitable, available and caring hosts with our children. The accommodation overlooks a small private terrace and a beautiful, well-maintained garden. The pool area is also very comfortable. We highly recommend it and hope to come back! 🤗

Very welcoming host, the accommodation was great, good location. Only small downside, garage too narrow to fit the car (duster) and paid parking on the street. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I recommend this host.

Julien and Fanny are very warm hosts. shopping and leisure center and restaurants 20 min walk or 10 min by tram. quiet neighborhood and well connected by public transport.

Nice studio, clean and very well located between the center of Aix and the lake. We did everything on foot! Thoughtful host, great value for money. And thank you for accepting our dog! We recommend it.

We had a great weekend at their place, and were able to enjoy Aix and the surrounding area thanks to their charming apartment, very well arranged and convenient to access! Easy to find parking spaces on their street, guides available in the apartment, recommendations from them and great kindness :) We'll be happy to come back, don't hesitate! Thanks again!

The apartment is nicely decorated. When I walked into the apartment, there was a box of coffee and tea and cookies. A friendly hello. The apartment is perfectly furnished and you feel at home

We really enjoyed the accommodation, everything was very clean, the environment is really very pleasant... We were able to enjoy the pool, it was great! Christophe is very welcoming and his accommodation deserves more than 5 stars, everything is designed to welcome us!! Everything is as described.
