Monthly Rentals in Montezuma Beach, Santa Fe

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic - walking distance to absolutely everything in Montezuma. Caroline is responsive, friendly, and proactive. Really appreciated all her help. The space is as described and matched the photos. It was fun seeing the animals that regularly visited the house including capuchin monkeys, pizotes, a southern spotten skunk, and of course plenty of chickens, cats and dogs. We had read other reviews in advance and were prepared for the noise as described. The neighbourhood noise is just part of the tradeoff of being right in town. Value for money was great. Merci beaucoup Caroline, c'était un plaisir!

The house was very nice and perfect with two children. Cynthia and her husband were very kind and flexibel hosts (and we weren't the easiest guest for them!). So I would definitely recommend to stay here.

The house and the view were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay, we saw a lot of animals in the sea and on the property (monkeys, coatis, whales). Everything was as described, but you have to know that the architecture of the house is partly open so that you sometimes have guests (pleasant and less pleasant). With a little adjustment, such as reducing the light at dawn, it was no problem, we would love to come back anytime.
