Great place to stay, very quiet and confortable

The host is very helpful and the accommodation has everything you need to make your stay pleasant

I was in Mariela's apartment no more than five months. The apartment is perfect for one person and even a couple. It has everything you need to live in it and not just to spend a short holiday period: it features a kitchen with two hob fires, two sets of pans, two pots, coffee maker... you can cook perfectly in it. To highlight the amenities that the condominium has: 24h gym, indoor pool with incredible views of San Jose, play area with a ping-pong table, coworking area... the pool is a luxury, always maintained by the building staff, who by the way are very attentive and friendly. Regarding the location: The area is quiet, about 15 minutes walk from the UCR, and one block from the mall Plaza del Sol, where you can take a bus to downtown San Jose. If I had to put on a hit, to say something, it's the noise of the train when passing, from Monday to Friday in the mornings. I would definitely come back.

I loved the place, very quiet, very clean, comfortable, affordable price, quiet. Good instructions to get there, in short, wonderful. I will definitely keep it in mind to stay and spend a restful night. The apartment was cozy, it had everything you need to have a good stay. and the location is super central, accessible to all shops and activities in San Pedro and a very good point from which to travel to San José. From 1 to 10, I give it a 10.
