Natalie who manages the property has always been responsive before and during the rental, it's important. The apartment is much bigger than the photos suggest, we were comfortable there. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes to the center of Calvi, the environment is quite quiet except for a room overlooking the road ( if you are sensitive to noise, that's to be taken into account), it bothered my wife but not me. the apartment is well equipped, very colorful, it changes white and gray standardized... only one improvement is the mattress of the large bedroom which is in a bowl in a square and too soft, we are sensitive to it and like firmer bedding. other than that it's perfect, if we come back to Calvi and the apartment is free, we will rent it without hesitation.

I recommend this place 100%, we had a great time. Spacious, clean, clean with all amenities… As the weather was not really good, we spent more time than expected with my 3 children and it was really nice not to step on each other… Laetitia is excellent, super nice and friendly … thank you very much ☺️

I stayed for a week in this beautiful authentic townhouse in Bastia and had a good time. The location is really ideal and the view of the sea is wonderful. The vaulted ceilings of the cozy and creatively furnished apartment are particularly beautiful. I also liked the many artworks of Loïc and his wife. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. In addition, Loïc is a very likeable host, I would like to come back sometime.

Lovely apartment, just like the photos. The balcony is bigger than we expected, and will be lovely and cool in the summer. Large supermarket very nearby. Easy walk into the town, the citadel, the beach and the marina. Some nice walks without needing a car. Réka is a very helpful host. Highly recommended.

Our stay went very well at Fabienne's, very kind and flexible, we highly recommend it! The apartment is perfectly located in Calvi, you can get everywhere on foot. There is a Super U right next door which is very convenient as well as the beach. The accommodation is comfortable and perfectly clean and in order.

Lovely house, everything is there and the location is perfect. Very tastefully decorated and especially if you like cooking: complete kitchen. The fresh market (Saturday and Sunday) around the corner so you can enjoy yourself. Otherwise, there are countless restaurants within crawling distance. The host is super attentive and quick to respond. Recommended!

Very nice apartment, very clean, incredible view of the sea and mountain, better than in the photos, all the necessary amenities and more. A stone's throw from the beautiful beach, all shops and amenities within walking distance, even the little train that connects all the beaches to Ile Rousse. A property to remember, excellent stay. Josette's apartment puts you at peace with the world, it is surrounded by nature and you can't hear any noise. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nearby there are many wineries where you can buy wine and Bastia is just a 20-minute drive away. I hope to return soon here to Josette's house (which by the way is very nice) and to Patrimonio.

We had a great time at Maria's place which is very well equipped, (e.g. enough dishes to run a dishwasher, which is not always the case). The apartment is very nice and well laid out, it faces an absolutely quiet street, has a parking space and is in the center of St Florent giving access to shops and restaurants on foot. Maria was immediately available when needed and very friendly. We recommend this listing without hesitation, and thank Maria for her warm and flawless hosting. Antoine and Eva-Marie
