Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. Great location for exploring the surrounding villages. With magnificent views across the valley with Assisi Spello Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Bettina is very warm and helpful. There was a delicious piece of cake waiting for me when I arrived. Bettina has good tips to discover the area. Recommended!

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants from the beams reached the bed covers. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen area and cupboard with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach different places in the surroundings to visit them, it is recommended to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.

Simone and Cinzia are 2 wonderful people who are always ready to intervene in case of need. Wonderful place complete with everything and stocked with lots of products . Highly recommended !!

Very kind and helpful host, the house is located in a delightful street of Foligno a short walk from the center , easy to reach on foot with parking available nearby . Clean and tidy environment. Recommended

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Massimiliano was a pleasure to deal with. He met us and helped us with parking, carried our suitcase to the apartment and showed us around. The place has character, is in a fantastic location and felt very homely.

The accommodation, located in a quiet and panoramic place, was a great starting point for our visits to the area. Manuelo is a great host. Precise, cordial and friendly, he provided us with very useful information for our stay. We're really satisfied. We hope to be able to return.

We stayed 4 glorious nights in Stefania’s perfect Spello apartment. Spello is a truly magical town, extremely peaceful, full of wonderful restaurants and plenty of attractions. After sightseeing or eating, it was a pleasure to return to Stefania’s relaxing apartment. The apartment looks just like the photos but even better. But what makes the experience even better is Stefania herself. One could not wish for a more friendly and helpful host. A very giving person. I can thoroughly recommend Stefania’s Spello apartment and we look forward to hopefully returning. Thank you again Stefania for making our stay a memorable experience.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is walkable to the local historic downtown area and just a quick drive to Assisi. Maria Francesca is such a warm and welcoming host and she was very responsive as well. We would love to return one day!

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
