The loft was very nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central – and in just about 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. I would also like to highlight Filippo and his team: If you have any questions or concerns, they always responded quickly and helpfully. The place was also very clean. Clear recommendation

Diego was a very pleasant and discreet host.. We felt very comfortable in the apartment for the extended weekend, the two-story apartment is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space, a great infrastructure and a beautiful view of the hills of the hinterland !)

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌
