Stepahnie was one of the best host we every had! The place itself was exactly what we needed and it was perfect for our toddler with all the outdoor space and all the toys and equipment we needed for him (baby bed, baby chair, etc). We will be back for sure and I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great place near Cognac.

Very good stay at Petra's, nice welcome, very comfortable home with all the amenities you need to enjoy a few days of family vacation.

Very good stay at Denis's for 6 days in a small house clean, warm and well thought out for a family of 4. The place is ideal to do everything on foot in this small village of Meschers su Gironde, or to drive to Royan, Palmyra or other. The terrace is really very nice as well as the very spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. I will come back without hesitation!

Everything was impeccable, very clean accommodation, very nice hosts. Very easy communication, quick response. I'll be happy to go back.

We felt right at home. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive. Jean Michel took us to feed the chickens and collect eggs, and even took us to his house while Nadine cooked some delicious sweets that she shared with us. My 4-year-old daughter has been very happy. We went with our dog and she enjoyed the large space and garden. The house is super complete, it has everything. Rural location but perfect to visit the vineyards of Blaye. The jacuzzi overlooking the countryside is a plus.

Beautiful old house well renovated. sober and neat decoration. Very well equipped. Flowery and fragrant garden in spring. We had a very good welcome by Séverine and thank you again for the little touches in the accommodation including the fresh flowers. We felt right at home. We loved the calm, the scenery and the walks around the house. The grill area on the pool side is very nice and convenient.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

I can only recommend the accommodation offered by Émilie, which is a true haven of peace. The beautifully maintained garden adorned with bamboo, the birdsong and the pool will seduce you. I will come back without hesitation for my next stay Thanks to Emilie and her husband for their warm hosting.

Very small accommodation (32 m2) but well thought out. We were 3 adults so it met our needs, but for a family with children the space might run out inside. As long as the outside is usable, it's perfect! The environment was very quiet during our stay.

I would recommend this place and pleasant hospitality. Valerie was responsive to my requests. We had a very nice week with my wife and child.

We chose 'Le Manoir' for its setting and 'So British' decoration. We weren't disappointed! On the contrary, we immediately felt good in our vacation home. Thanks in particular to the details (old beds but excellent bedding), very well-equipped kitchen and what can I say about the magnificent bathroom!!!! We have only one small downside: the dishes for 6 people are a little tight. Scottie and Kerstie's hospitality and responsiveness are up to the task.

As in the photos and even better: privacy, space, quiet. It feels like home. The owners are on site, very discreet, available and very kind. The pool is good sized and the garden is beautiful! I recommend it!

Very good stay at Mélanie and Benoît's: beautifully decorated and well-equipped house, pleasant garden and full of surprises, ideal location within a 10-minute walk from the seaside and the center of Royan, in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. Mélanie was attentive, advised us on places to visit and very flexible on arrival, as on departure. Everything was perfect and we had a great time relaxing and discovering this pretty area. We highly recommend this rental!!

very good accommodation. quiet. secure. ideal for animals (fenced) proximity to shops. Good restaurant. Close to the beaches (large beach) . top notch for walks. fishing. walk in the woods. And Joel's welcome, perfect. super well located

A little out of the way but quiet, Martine's place allowed us to have a good time. Parking was welcome, it would have been difficult to park in a different way.

Clean and functional accommodation, easy to access and well connected. Attentive host. Just one small downside, we would have preferred a stove instead of the electric stove, as we are cooks. We had a pleasant stay there. Thanks to Elisabeth.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation. The plus, 1 large outdoor area. Close to the village. The village of Mornsc sur Seudre is a very beautiful village. Artisans' village by the water + 1 port.
