We had a great time at Baptiste's place. We went as a family (7 people) for a long weekend. Comfortable beds, a shower downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, with separate toilet (super important when there are many people😉, like the dishwasher). The kitchen with all comforts. The courtyard on the garden side is great for meals. We were 7 adults and we weren't stepping on each other's toes, but there shouldn't have been more. We were very comfortable and we rested well. We didn't see Baptiste, but Carine the receptionist was there if we needed her, thank you.

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

Patrice is an extremely welcoming and caring host, His directions and recommendations for discovering the bay allowed us to optimize our stay, (places to visit, oyster shacks, restaurants, walks etc...) His house was perfect for a long weekend with friends and will undoubtedly meet your vacation plans. Ideally located, it allows you to explore both sides of the bay by car or bike. Located in a quiet area, you will find all the comfort and amenities you need, not to mention a well-kept exterior. I'll be happy to repeat the experience.

We had a great time at Philippe and Corinne's place. Their apartment is very welcoming. Atypical by its duplex side on several floors but it has bcp of charm too. The bedding was comfortable, so was the kitchen well equipped. The sunsets are beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. Relaxing stay on a weekend where we were also lucky enough to have very nice weather! We already want to come back. Thank you so much for their flexibility too.
