I can only recommend the accommodation offered by Émilie, which is a true haven of peace. The beautifully maintained garden adorned with bamboo, the birdsong and the pool will seduce you. I will come back without hesitation for my next stay Thanks to Emilie and her husband for their warm hosting.

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Beautiful little studio in a very quiet place. Everything is available. There is a small shopping center 300 m away (grocery store, bakery, takeaway pizzas, etc. for shopping on foot. I'll be back next year 👌😁

We felt very comfortable in Stephane's apartment. Everything was available as described. The sea right in front of us, just fantastic. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

A very nice rental, perfectly in line with the listing. The space is warm and inviting. The interaction with the host was very pleasant: fluid communication, great availability and a lot of flexibility. The location is ideal: many restaurants nearby, nice walks within walking distance, and no need for a car to enjoy the stay. One point to note: the central location can cause some noise in the evening. Nothing problematic though, with earplugs, everything goes very smoothly. A place to recommend without hesitation, with a charming and caring host.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

Very nice studio in direct beach proximity! Nice communication with everyone, a little harder to find but also offers everyone assistance there, but all the more quiet and safe-looking area. Pool was also available at times other than indicated by arrangement. Glad to come back

Catherine and Philippe were very nice and warm. The house is close to everything on foot, 800 m walk to nearby bike paths (be careful to book your bikes because none were available for us). The pool is great, the house is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Small black mark for the washing machine, for the rest everything was perfect! A small welcome gesture, the essentials for the first few days were already provided by our hosts (toilet paper, laundry pods… rare and thoughtful touches)

Superb hosting, beautiful rustic cabin 300 m from the beach, which is not very busy as it is rather distant from the more urban area. Only regret the pool doesn't work and it's not very clear in the listing that the property is located in a shared garden on Alex's property. I will be back with great pleasure!

I know the area well and knew where I was going. On the other hand, we were surprised by the comfort. I recommend the place for family or sports holidays.

The apartment is well located and offers us a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is lovely. The terrace allows us to enjoy alfresco dining. In front of the building, there is a bike path that allows us to ride for miles to beaches located south and north of Saint-Palais-sur-mer. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from excellent restaurants. Loved our stay.

Beautiful apartment with magnificent views of the Atlantic and the Cordouan lighthouse. Well arranged and very clean Perfect value for money! We'll get back to that.
