Monthly Rentals in Mont-Murray

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The cottage is incredibly well-equipped — honestly, there are more amenities than in our own homes! Everything has been thought of, from board games to kitchen amenities. The views are exceptional, breathtaking, and the private spa is just amazing. There was absolutely nothing missing. Communication with the host was impeccable: quick, clear and warm responses. The cottage was impeccably clean upon arrival. As a bonus, there are even trails just behind for hiking, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to everything in La Malbaie. In short, an unforgettable stay. Authentic chalet with rustic character and beautiful river view! We immediately felt very comfortable. It was clean, with a well equipped kitchen (and some basic condiments: oil, salt, pepper, spices,...), lots of towels, board games, beds/pillows are comfortable. Yes, it's not perfect with the shower making noise, furniture a little old...but it's part of the charm! In the winter, it takes good tires to climb the coast. 15 minutes from Mont Grand-Fonds (a superb mountain much cheaper than the Massif or Mont St-Anne), 10 minutes from La Malbaie with good restaurants and grocery stores, 15 minutes from the Joyful Source for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing... in short, we will definitely go back! Robert was a lovely host, very accomodating and friendly and charming, my collegue and I felt very comfortable and the place is wonderful. The view is amazing and there is wildlife all around the house. It‘s very beautiful. We wanted to stay forever! We even saw a skunk just when we arrived from the balcony. The terasse is nice and its just a great vibe, robert is a very good host! If I‘m ever back in quebec i will visit him in his paradise again.
