Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mont Boron, Nice

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

Our stay with Laëtitia was urgently two days into the new year, she showed great responsiveness and availability to welcome us. Laetitia is a thoughtful host, we were welcomed warmly. Her little house is a little cocoon in which you feel at home. Thanks again for this stay.

Daniele’s place was really a gem! To begin with, the first floor contains a roomy kitchen with all the amenities you can think of and you are able to cook anything. The second floor has an amazing chill saloon area, designed absolutely stunning with a big window to a fresh air. And finally the bedroom which has a super comfortable bed, a huge closet and a clean and beautiful bathroom. Also with a big window with a view in front of the bed and an AC for the hot riviera days. The area is amazing, quiet, and close to Nice. And to top it off, you have a plaza 200m from the apartment with an amazing bakery, butchery and a small bar with great wines and beers. To conclude, an absolute amazing experience!!!

The host was really helpful and friendly, and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The location is great, though a car is needed to get to the local village (a taxi would also suffice). The view is amazing, and there’s a fantastic seating area to relax and enjoy it. The villa itself was exactly as described—very nice and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Beautiful house, on the French Riviera, a few minutes away, major sites like Cannes, Mandelieu or on the sea. We were even able to walk along the Esterel coast to Saint-Raphaël. Enjoying the sunset and just amazing moonrise. Small house, in the countryside, with a small spa that is rather large for two people. Pleasant well heated, even at 10° outside. Nice decoration, with natural and raw materials, you feel good in this house, a real cocooning atmosphere. And finally, thank you to Sophie, for this welcome, always smiling and responsive, we highly recommend this place for all couples looking for a perfect evening.

We had a pleasant stay at Jennyfer's! She is very friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and there was no equipment missing. The outdoor space is very beautiful and the pool is perfect! If you like a little walking, the city center and the beach are within walking distance. I hope to return next time:)

We loved our space. More bedrooms and bathrooms than I expected. Every amenity we could want including a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus coffee and madeleines. Beautiful terrace. Simon was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay one day

The apartment was clean and well organized, and with amazing terrace where we can enjoy beautiful view. The manager who took care of the apartment and was in contact was very kind, helpful and supportive.

Magic apartment where time is staying and all wishes guessed in advance:) Very comfortable and rising interest .I think that our first days we were as two kinds of,so many interesting things has a flat to explore !!!We were very happy with our stay and we will come hopefully next year once again to stay at Marc’ flat .

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

The apartment is super big and the two of us live a little wasted hahahahahahaha, but the location is super nice on the main road Nice is very small to walk there Downstairs is the morning market where you can buy vegetables and fruits and fruits, there is a chain of supermarkets in the hotel, so it is very safe to check in and out, and the balcony is very convenient and I love the balcony. I really recommend staying here in France.

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

Bibi's place was a small slice of heaven. She was such a gracious host and provided the most delicious breakfasts every morning. She was also so kind to drive us to and from the train station. We felt right at home and were sad to leave! We recommend her place x10000!

Thanks to Pascale myself and my partner had the most relaxing week. From the moment we arrived Pascale made us feel at home, as we arrived before check in we were welcomed with a cold drink and recommendations of places to eat and visit whilst our room was prepared. The villa was pristine and beautiful, with lots of details to make you feel welcome and at home. The added bonus was the delicious breakfast prepared each morning with warm fresh pastries, coffee etc. We had a gorgeous stay and hope to visit again!

Amazing location to spend a night different from the others: stunning view, cozy and romantic place.
