Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mondello Beach

I am very pleased that I was able to rent the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised on many levels. Also small and large gifts on site. Contact the owner at any time of the day. Even better in person than in the photos. Swimming pool with swimming accessories, massage, many sun loungers and chairs. The terrace is also fully equipped. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - from pots to wine glasses. 3 towels per person, clean and fragrant. The place is clean and well cared for. Check-in with a code - so great for people who don't want to have contact with the owner. The parking lot is private, so you don't have to worry about damage. If you are by car, you have everything nearby, Lidl, restaurants, mini-supermarkets, close to the highway. 10 min to the airport. Peace and quiet among the vegetation. View of the mountains and the sea - something beautiful! I'm sure when I want to fly to Sicily I'll choose this accommodation! I was in a group of 5 (family) everyone was happy. I highly recommend it!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

We loved staying here, Claudio was always quick to respond to any questions and the house was really well equipped. The public areas of the beach were very busy (especially at the weekends) so we used the beach clubs (lidos) most days - these were about a half an hour walk from the property. The area felt safe and there was a great variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. Just a quick drive into Palermo too. Highly recommend!

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

Alessandro was a super good host! Always answering all our questions quickly and making sure everything was good. Gave good tips as well and was always available during the stay. Super friendly and helpful. The house had an amazing outside area, where we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with dinners and the pool etc. Trapetto as a town is quite dead but many very beautiful places to visit around and things to do and see. I definitely recommend this villa, the sunset view was also amazing.

Beautiful penthouse apartment located in a safe but vibrant neighbourhood. Communication was fantastic before and during the stay. Flexible check in much appreciated as was arranging for transfers to and from the airport. Check in was done with Luigi in person who explained everything perfectly and provided some great recommendations for places to eat and visit (lots of great restaurants nearby). Great transport links (bus) to both the old town (or a 20-30 min walk) as well as Mondello beach (highly recommended). Apartment itself was very large (3 double beds and baths) and really well equipped with a huge wraparound terrace. Huge sofa and Smart TV as well as top end appliances. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

The place is good for several days. We stayed a week and loved it. The small terrace is simply adorable. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable:) Freddy is a very kind and helpful host. He offered to take our suitcases up and down, he took care of calling our taxi and gave us useful recommendations to improve our stay. I recommend it 1000%

Had a great time in this apartment. Plenty space to stretch out and enjoy Palermo. Very central to the city and near a great spot to grab casual drinks and mix with locals. Enrico was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and thoughtful providing great advice and helping to arrange taxis / reservations etc. highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Guido and his wife were super friendly and helped us from the beginning when our flight was hours too late. they drove us to the car rental and whatever we needed they responded immediately. The secret excess to the beach was very special and the house perfect for a family. thank you for the time being !!!

Great host and an amazing villa. Sunset on on the private bay was incredible. Local towns and airport were only a short drive away. Great to cook and eat outside. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a great stay at the place. The view is priceless, and the location is very private and quiet. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly and was always easily accessible. The house was very clean and tidy, only a few pots were still greasy. In front of the house is a very busy bridge that makes some noise during the day, but that doesn't bother you any further. We would come back back.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious with three separate bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook. The outside area and views of the mountains are magical and so peaceful. Loved enjoying morning coffees on the terrace. Emanuela was very helpful and super responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!! Rural location so car needed really, but that is also what makes it such a great place to stay 💚

I can not recommend this listing enough! Alessio was the best host we've had without a shadow of a doubt. He couldn't have done anything extra. Guillio was an unbelievable help. We were without a car and he drove us all over, even picking us up with minutes notice. 1 million percent recommend!
