We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

The accommodation is in all respects as advertised, located in a beautiful building, very close to all amenities, close to Place Saint Pierre and well served by bus. It is perfectly suitable for families although it does not have a seating area. Good location in Rome.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. Stay of two for 12 days. Host available, friendly, quick, and punctual in my responses, especially when I had a number of issues with my credit card when confirming your reservation. He and the person who welcomed us deserve 10 praises. Apartment near the beach and amenities, quiet, airy. Covered parking spot, although uncomfortable both in and out, made the difference under August when finding a place on the street is impossible. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, the equipped terrace, where you can eat and see the sea, and be able to bring my dog with me. The house was clean. Improvement insights: - another set of keys, with only one and with a broken intercom who was in the house was forced to go down to open the door (half broken!), even the entrance door to the apartment did not make me rest easy. - In the towels equipment I would also provide a shower towel and not only face and guest.
