2 dormitorios, 1 baño completo, cocina salon,acristalada, totalmente equipada y cerrada, doble acristalamiento,con puertas correderas ,con todo lo necesario para cocinar,2 sofas , mesa, A 30 metros de la playa al lado de restaurantes ,chiringuitos supermer , centr comercia etc. Terraza equipada con mesa para comer,4 sillas bajo un cenador, 2 tumbonas . Un sitio perfecto para descansar, salir en la noche. Aficcionado al golf en 5 minutos esta el campo, buggy propio ,palos de hombre y mujer.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Precioso ático con muy buenas vistas.Dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, aire acondicionado en salón, y ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios, 1 baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada, vitro, horno eléctrico, microondas y todo tipo de menaje. Wifi. Dos terrazas de unos 13m2 aprox. cada una, plaza de garaje y a 5 minutos de la playa. Para acceder al piso hay un pequeño tramo de escaleras en la última planta.Se aceptan mascostas (consultar normas de la casa y suplemento de limpieza)

La playa es de arena fina, en los alrededores hay restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y parada de bus. Piscina todo el año. En julio y agosto lo alquilo por quincenas.
