Partially renovated, 250 yr old hm, & almost finished renovation! Steep steps to 2nd floor, private entrance, large living rm. The house is closing reconstruction and therefore nicely discounted. Price increasing, book soon! Think of this as an old-fashioned “Glamping” experience! This is NOT a luxury stay, but the serene outdoors makes the difference. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. The home itself is a freshly remodeled 5,000 square ft villa, in which we are offering up our guest suite, to host our guests. The location is totally private, and is not shared. Located on 16 acres of land, on a private mountainside drive, direct waterfront, nestled on the side of the forest, surrounded by state land, within the catskill mountains. The main home will not be occupied during any guests stay.
