Ivy Post Office

Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow, nor hail shall keep visiters from the Ivy Post Office! It is located in Jess Valley, up the canyon from Likely, CA. The ranch is near Clear Lake and Mill Creek Falls on the north end of the valley. The Ivy Post Office served the sawmills of the valley from 1910-1922 until the road was built and mail could be delivered faster. Now it serves our ranch as cozy guest quarters. At 5000ft elevation the climate is quite more pleasant than surrounding areas!

Do you want a ranch vacation? Are you traveling with horses & need a lay over. We have room for both you and your horses too. If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.
