Your home by the sea in Sicily in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. The loft is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees. The loft is located on the Avola waterfront in one of the most popular areas of the city. The highway is only 1 km away and will allow you to reach the main tourist destinations (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi) in a short time. A small gym, bikes and kayaks will add a dynamic touch to your vacation.

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Un cottage nel verde, magicamente sospeso in posizione panoramica tra il mare e il laghetto Baronello, dove in estate si possono ammirare i fenicotteri. Il cottage è totalmente autonomo e dotato di cucina, bagno, area pranzo esterna. A disposizione degli ospiti le aree comuni: ampio lounge , cucina esterna per le grigliate estive e l'ampia area verde. Il parcheggio è interno alla proprietà e gratuito.

Our apartment has direct access to the beautiful beach of the White Rocks. It consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a veranda. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for families with small children.
