Conveniently located in the north east set in a quiet and peaceful street of Modbury Heights. 5 min. to major shopping centres and 35 min. to centre of Adelaide via the O-Bahn busway. Exclusive stay in a comfortable fully self contained apartment with separate entrance, comprising of main bedroom with queen bed looking out over the swimming pool, and a single bedroom. Comfortable leather sofa and flat screen TV . Separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry facilities .

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.
