I felt right at home in this tiny home. While "tiny", it still felt spacious, thanks to its well thought-out design. Ceiling fans are more than sufficient to keep place cool. Washing machine worked great. Also appreciated choice of coffee making apparatuses (mocha maker, French press). Host Louis is very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay!

Absolutely loved this place! Architecture of home and yard was a dream! The bed was so so so comfortable just like other reviews had mentioned. Natural lighting during the day was ample and the natural building materials and design touches of the house helped us feel relaxed and at ease in the space. Road noise is only an issue when loud motorbikes pass by which frequently happens. Location is good overall - just north of the main part of the city but quick access back to it when needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place!!! 4X4 vehicle needed!! Quite the drive up the mountain with amazing views from the top! We saw toucans and heard howler monkeys!! Such an amazing get away! Bring food up with you because you won’t want to drive up and down too often! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to stay! Such clean and homey villas!! Garden to pick your own veggies we picked green onions and lettuce! 5stars!!

The view off Xinia’s deck was stunning and I had very good birding from her deck. In fact I identified over 50 species of birds on her property. My month at her place couldn’t have been better. The property with all Xinia’s plants, the cows, the Guinea fowl, dogs and cats was charming and peaceful. The cabin was well equipped and clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend her place and hope to return sometime in the future.
