Superb accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. The location is near everything and quiet at night, so you have a good rest. We had a great experience and definitely recommend this place. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

We loved staying at Flordelita’s place. If we go back to Moalboal soon, I will definitely book and stay at this place again. Private and very serene, walkable from the center of Panagsama Moalboal and near to everything. Exceptional communication as well with the Host, kudos!

The place exceeded our expectations. The staff were able to accommodate our needs, the host was friendly, and the place itself had a great view.

Personally, the accommodations were great for me. The best part was that the hosts, philip and his wife, were so friendly. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. Other than that, everything was perfect👍 Apart from the reviews, I remember that his daughter was so beautiful and adorable. I hope they are happy :)

I had a fantastic stay here! Emily and her family were so welcoming and it’s in a perfect location to walk down the main town to the beach. Would definitely book again!

I love this place. It's not that perfect but it's extremely worth it. Cons: Map location in the app was wrong so we had difficulty finding it; the dogs were noisy barking; there was only 1 a/c for the whole unit so it wasn't as cool as we'd like. Pros: The host is very considerate; the unit is spacious and has 2 great rooms and 2 bathrooms; there's a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle; parking is available just right outside and it's gated; the best of all: THE VIEW YOU WAKE UP TO. There are 2 balconies which face the ocean. It's so calming and peaceful and just a perfect way to start your day. Overall: I love it. I saved this listing and will be booking this every time I go to the South of Cebu.

A Peaceful Gem in Moalboal – Truly Amazing! This home in Moalboal was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a hidden gem. The location was perfect: close to everything you’d need, from the beach and restaurants to local shops and attractions. Despite being so conveniently located, it was still incredibly quiet and serene, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained—truly felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the host. So kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. It was an unforgettable experience, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Moalboal. Can’t wait to come back!

We are so glad that we found this place ! It was a peaceful little home-from-home. The bedroom is spacious. Everything is squeaky-clean. The fridge, shower power and outdoor sitting/washing-up area were unexpected bonuses. There's no air con but this truly isn't an issue (yes, I was also surprised by this!). As the place is well-shaded, and the bedroom has the best, quietest electric fan ever. In fact I even needed to get under the bedsheet at one point ! Janet & Gerald are the perfect hosts. They live just adjacent, and also run a very handy small store. Cold beers on tap 🍻 The location is peaceful, well away from the madness of Moalboal's main drag. JG's Grill is a great place to eat, 5 minutes walk. Finally: the small local beach is a hidden gem. Less than 5 minutes on foot, very few people, safe calm water, many small fish and some live coral. I even had a long swim with a big turtle there, just the two of us🐢 And we saw the most stunning sunset there. A magical spot.

We stayed as a group of 7 and had the whole 2-storey house to ourselves. The layout was like 2 apartments apartment units: each floor has it own bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Parking is just enough for 1 vehicle. The place is clean and well maintained, towels were also provided. Caretakers were also very helpful and easy to talk to. Great stay and good price. Highly recommend this place.

I made a reservation on Airbnb and 10 people stayed at the villa. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and I am willing to choose here for the next time. It is super clean and new, and everything is well equipped. It has four rooms with individual bathrooms. Each room has two beds, one couch, and kitchen. Dishes and cutlery are clean. It was good to have a night supper beer and mango! They provide water dispensers and towels. They have terrace that I can dry my wetsuit and bathing suit. The view is insane at the terrace at second floor!☀️☀️

I'm glad to be at airbnb.The first person to check in. The house is located on a path that is not the main road. It's near turtle village, but it's not particularly close. There is a local restaurant within 5 minutes' walk. But the neighborhood is not busy. Motorcycle rental is recommended. If you don't have a car, it will be inconvenient for you. The house is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very new. Next to the housekeeper, Vanvan, she is a very nice person. I really approve of this experience. Reminder: the location of the house is a residential building near the road, and the positioning is biased. Please pay attention to distinguish A wonderful experience! I hope I can stay next time I come! I miss the days when I rode around on my motorcycle and enjoyed delicious food together at night.

Absolutely loved my stay! This Airbnb is a peaceful escape, Idea for unwinding and getting away from it all. Highly recommend for a stress-free get away! The Host is fantastic, making the stay even better. Super friendly and accommodating their hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly appreciated their warmth and helpfulness.
