Apartment vacation rentals in Moalboal

The room is pretty basic. You get what you pay for. But that's not what makes Ming Yang so special. The owners are literally the nicest people I have ever met. I got sick while staying in Moalboal, and they took care of me like family. The owners are both diving instructors. Even though I didn't take my course with them, they still gave a ton of tips and tricks helping me improve my techniques. They are also very approachable. if you have any questions, they're always happy to help. or if you just want to chat, they'd happily chat with you for hours. The owner's wife is also a great cook. She personally cooks all the dishes they serve in the small restaurant. And they are delicious dishes. All in all, the people at Ming Yang are what makes this place truly special.

great location if ever you plan to do Canyoneering Activities and very close to Waterfalls. Very Safe and Staff are very accommodating and Very friendly

We had a wonderful stay. John and his buddy Brian were incredibly generous, responsive, and kind. We'll definitely be sharing this experience with our family and friends.

Superb accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. The location is near everything and quiet at night, so you have a good rest. We had a great experience and definitely recommend this place. ❤️

The resort was really nice. All the staff were very helpful all throughout our stay; however, the location going there is a bit creepy. more so during night time as the road is very dark and the road’s too narrow for even a tricycle or a car to pass through. to sum this all up, I’d give this a 4 out of 5 just because the resort’s worth your money 👌🏻

Location is a little out of the way from the main road, but no issues once you managed to find it once, nothing google map cannot solve. Staff are all super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping to arrange for tours, transportation to get around even though we enquired about it very last minute! 🙆🏼‍♀️ they even help us to look for spare travel adapter when we asked about it as we forgot to bring the correct one! There is also a small beachfront where you can swim, snorkel and kayak. A pity we did not have the time to do so, hopefully will be back again to try them 🤭

Charlie is a great, welcoming host. Answered all my questions and gave some useful advices. The room is exactly as I expected. Very clean (cleaned every day). Comfortable bed, room has everything you need. The house is located in a closed area, which is good, as it eliminates additional noise. All the key points of Moalboal are literally a few steps away. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

place looks like as the pictures. it's not the most modern place but It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. good communication with the hoste, easy check in and check out. Enjoyed it and I recommend it to others

It was a good find for a solo traveler like me. The caretakers were very friendly and was even kind enough to let me leave my things for awhile since I’m waiting for my other friends. I had a good stay. If I’ll decide to comeback, this is one of my option. Just walking distance to all the good restaurants/clubs in Panagsama.

We enjoyed our stay at Emily`s.The unit is large and clean with excellent aircon that cooled the place very quickly.We liked having a large fridge as we did a lot of our own cooking.The dive shops and restaurants are only a short walk away or trikes are plentiful and cheap.We went to moalboal for the diving but if you get the chance go to the archery park a couple kilometres out of town towards white beach.It was great fun shooting at animal shaped targets under the massive mango tree.Thanks Emily

Great place in a quiet area of town. A room with private bathroom and own entrance, kitchen outside. WiFi is somewhat unstable but that's common. There's also a scooter rental at the hotel.

Great view and central location.

It was great, located in the center of the town and super close to the diving area about a 2 minute walk to the diving area. It also had good internet. I plan on coming back again.

I highly recommend Love's Resort. Right on the clear waters of Moalboal, this resort is lovingly run by a staff of friendly and helpful locals who genuinely care about your comfort and enjoyment. The Resort is spotlessly clean, modern and beautifully decorated with a lush tropical forest vibe. Need a scooter, they have one. The dive shop is on site, overlooking the water, with several boat dives a day to the local reefs, sardine run etc. The restaurant is excellent with gorgeous sunset views and reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with LOVE'S BEACH AND DIVE RESORT. Perfect Score of 5 in every category !

I love staying at Villa Alessandra! I have traveled to Moalboal 4 times in the last 2 years and every time I stay here. It is so comfortable and private. The host is great, very helpful and friendly. In the last two years they have upgraded the property by adding a beautiful pool and restaurant area, which is awesome. I have stayed here while there were doing construction and it hasnt by too loud or affected my stay at all. The property has just gotten better and better. I also love that there apartment rentals have fully functional kitchens to cook your own meals or you can easily order from their restaurant. We enjoyed all their meals that we tried. Also, their fruit smoothies are great! They have staff now to help aswell and they were all very friendly and provide excellent service. I want to stay here everytime I come back. I highly recommend all to stay at Villa Alessandra!

We had an amazing stay at this neat and tidy cottage — it was the perfect mix of convenience and peace. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, yet still wonderfully quiet at night. The real highlight, though, was the incredible care we received from Arlene. She went above and beyond to make our stay special — helping us get drinking water, organizing a scooter at a great price, arranging day trips, and even getting our sunglasses and sandals fixed for next to nothing. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel extra special. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My stay at John's place was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't be better – it's just a short walk to a variety of great restaurants and Panagsama beach. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful, making it the perfect spot. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. John was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here if you want a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Everything was great. Cleanliness, location, privacy. Siri is probably the most responsive and sensitive host I've ever met. Tactful, delicate and helpful in everything. Thank you so much! The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the street with all the cafes and entertainment, which allowed you to enjoy the privacy. To prevent roosters and other sounds from disturbing your sleep, good soundproofing has been installed. Hot water, all necessary utensils are available. Very good cleaning. Good, stable internet. Suitable for work and video calls. Two minutes away is a beach with a wonderful reef (corals, fish, turtles). There is a cafe 5 minutes away where you can eat or order delivery. We lived here for 2 weeks and it was a pity to leave.

The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home.
