Monthly Rentals in Nelson

Fridas Loft was a gem, an art deco building nestled in a peaceful riverside location, close to all Nelson’s galleries and restaurants. Exquisitely furnished with some lovely touches, a balcony and large windows which flooded the place with light. There were tea bags and coffee etc. the bathroom and shower were gorgeous and it was nice to have a fridge. Jasmine and Glen gave us a lovely welcome, they were really flexible on timings and generous. The recommendations were useful too. It was fabulous and I would highly recommend it as a special place- wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back next year!

Awesome studio in a great location. Laura’s Wainui Villa was spacious, well-equipped and felt instantly welcoming. Combined with a great location just a short walk into Nelson, it’s a standout. Would absolutely return in an instant. Thanks so much.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sally’s place in Nelson. It was quite spacious, rooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures, could have accommodated more than just myself. Nicely decorated with a restful ambience, clean with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom where washing machine was located. Quiet at night with plenty of privacy. I liked that central Nelson with restaurants and shops was an enjoyable 1 km walk away. Sally had good recs for dinners, “Fish Stop” on Alton street a very affordable hit!

I totally enjoyed my 2 night stay in the city. This apartment was in a great location - amazing sea views & close to some very yummy restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable & stylish. I wish I could have stayed longer! Great hosts!
