We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

I’m very pleased to stay at Iryna’s place. The place is at a very centric location, most of the touristic places are at the walking distance and the house is surrounded by many nice restaurants and bistros. House itself was quite clean, warm and exactly like described in the page. A few words about Iryna.. She is one of the best hosts I have ever seen. She is so friendly, supportive and responsive. Thanks to her recommandation list, I’ve been in many fancy restaurants and spend very good time in Paris. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definetly stay Iryna’s place if I visit Paris again.

We stayed for 4 nights in October, two adults + two young kids. We had chosen Myra’s apartment because it was very detailed in its description and would have accommodated our planned party of 6. Unfortunately two of four adults couldn’t make it so we had the entire space to ourselves. We truly enjoyed staying in a grand old building with all its charming peculiarities. The flat was easy to find, and everything inside (appliances, heating, recycling instructions) was helpfully explained in Myra’s notes. We were grateful for the fully equipped kitchen when the kids were too tired to eat out, and the area has a great range of restaurants and take aways. Even for short legs there was a lot to be seen and explored at walking distance. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay / multi generational get together.

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

Samuel was an excellent, communicative and responsive host. We loved his flat, the overall building, the thoughtful touches he’d added in every room, the cozy health-conscious atmosphere. The place is right on top of Montmartre, just steps from Sacré Coeur, wonderful restaurants and views. Highly recommend this place, the essence of a Parisian stay!!

We stayed at Christophe’s place during Xmas (we were 2 adults and 4 children) and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. The beds are super comfortable, and the apartment including the kitchen, is well equipped. Christoph's home is very cozy; it felt like visiting close friends.

Very comfortable house with warm and friendly host Evelyne and her husband.The accommodation is more than a twenty-minute drive from the airport, and more than twenty minutes from the town of Senlis and Chantilly Castle, making it easy to get around by car.

Alberto was very responsive--especially when there was a slight problem with the wifi. He was able to call right away and get it fixed in no time. We also arrived late into the night for check-in and he was very clear about instructions for how to get in.

We stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it. The location was great- definitely a residential/non touristy street. We were steps away from two convenient metro lines (which we used daily), and a quick walk to the big Gare du Nord station. Élodie was incredibly responsive and stocked the apartment with food and drink necessities! Last but not least, the view was AMAZING.

The apartment is located in a really nice neighborhood, we can really feel the local vibes and safe. Julie and Stèphane are extremely kind and helpful.

Alexandre was very helpful since right after I confirmed the reservation. His apartment is very comfortable and well decorated. Location is very special, the street is quiet and easy access to restaurants, food markets, including several Bio, and very close to Sacre Couer. Certainly I will come back.

Paris is a beautiful city, but surely the wonderful apartment in which we stayed has improved our (mine and my wife's) experience even more. Vicent was an excellent host, responsive, left us at will and his house is beautiful, well equipped and in very good taste. We had no problems with the apartment or with noises from other apartments. The region has easy access to the metro and well located in area 1 of Paris, therefore nearby to visit the monuments of the city center. I will certainly contact Vincent on my next return to Paris.

Very well located accommodation, 2 minutes walk from the metro and about 20-30 minutes from the various tourist sites. The accommodation is very secure with several keypads. Stéphanie is a very pleasant host, very responsive to our various requests. I would highly recommend

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!

If you're looking to escape the city noise while you rest and recover, this is the perfect place (about 30 mins to anywhere in the city by car). I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants a cozy place to unwind after a day full of adventure in Paris. Would come back!

My family of 4 just had the most incredible stay at Nanda’s home. The view and location were incredible and Nanda has thought of everything to make the stay as perfect and as comfortable as possible. Even being considerate enough to have some games and gifts for my 2 girls which they absolutely loved. They enjoyed it so much they didn’t want to leave and see the sites. Waking up and going to sleep enjoying the gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower is something I will never get over. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you so much Nanda for such a special time.
