Monthly Rentals in Mitchell Island

The place was clean, appropriately furnished, and well stocked with living essentials like towels, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies etc. It is also pet-friendly, which was a major bonus. The unit isn't very quiet from noise in the hallway so sometimes my dog would get a bit startled, but besides that it was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the host(s) were very responsive. Only real criticism is the listing description stated there was "dedicated parking spot", but that isn't entirely accurate. There isn't a dedicated spot for the unit but several Reserved + Loading stalls outside for sharing that other tenants use too, so it was a "first-come, first-served" situation. Sometimes the "Reserved" were taken so I would park in "Loading" stalls but that didn't seem to be a problem with the building management (other cars did it too). Not deducting any stars on rating for this, but if you are travelling with a vehicle, it's something to be aware of.

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay. The place is clean and easy to get around. The skytrain is not too far to get anywhere around and also convenient for buses if you like to bus around. Totally recommend!!!
