From the moment we arrived, everything was just as we expected and even better. The place was spotless and brand new, very clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary details for an ideal stay. The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet and safe, the location was perfect near the mall. David was very attentive, always available to answer our questions and gave us great local recommendations. We will definitely be staying here again.

Karina and Ricardo are excellent hosts, they really helped us a lot, they are very friendly and flexible people. If I return to Arequipa, I would definitely stay with them again. The apartment is very comfortable, with good cleanliness and the perfect location since you have wineries, pharmacies and 2 malls very close. It is 2 blocks from the intersection of Cayma and Ejército avenues, which is a focal point of Arequipa, and as the icing on the cake, the apartment's passage is super quiet and safe.
