Secluded Garden Cottage

Welcome to our studio-style garden home located in the historic riverfront district. Stained glass windows, hardwood floor, vaulted ceiling and skylight make for a spacious feel to our quiet and secluded cottage. Nicely furnished with antiques and original and local art. You do not need a car and the kids are welcome. Surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, you are still within walking distance of bakeries, boutiques, eateries, and cafes. Downtown concerts, farmers markets, a great library, and a grocery store are all within a stone's throw. In a few minutes walk, you will find miles of river and bike trails to watch osprey, eagles, beaver, and great blue heron. Or you can rent a kayak and play in Brennan's wave. Fly fishing and a lap pool and swim park are another 5-minute walk through a pleasing neighborhood. Over the Clark Fork River and another few blocks will take you to St Pat's Hospital. Our spectacular local ski resort is just a 25-minute drive. World-class cross-country skiing, fly fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking, river rafting, and kayaking are within a 15-minute drive. Sorry, we Do Not allow pets, we have several regular customers who have allergies and stay with us for this reason. Off-street parking is available.

The 1400 House - Amazing Outdoor Spaces & Gardens

The 1400 House - A 3 bed / 2 bath home in the center of everything Missoula has to offer. This home has been completely remodeled inside and out. It is very comfortable for up to 6 guests. Superb attention to detail insures our guests’ every need is met. The home is fully furnished and decorated featuring the work of local Montana artists and craftspersons. Outside, you will find a large, perfectly landscaped yard with tons of off street parking. The house has central heat and air conditioning.

Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertop and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation! Sleeps 4 with a new KING bed and sofa sleeper. We upgraded the mattress and upgraded a foam topper, it still might suite kids or 1 adult better regarding. Enjoy coffee while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55” flat screen! Enter & park in the alley, between 5th & 6th, with shared carport alongside cottage. The small cottage was originally a carriage house; mixed neighborhood, queen bed 2015 new mattress. Full bathroom & kitchenette. Vaulted ceiling, & lots of natural light. 2014 remodel: 2nd bed is couch that is fold out futon sleeps 2 more, new floor coverings, black out shades. Tile hearth & small gas fireplace. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. There is NO yard with Airbnb rental.
