I am very thankful to have chosen howard’s place. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Howard is very helpful and provides assistance whenever required. The room was very spacious and clean. The area is very calm and the nearby parks are a plus to enjoy.

The stay has been amazing, and Daniel & Fatima are very responsive. It's perfect for long-term stays with a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen. The room has a comfortable work desk, making it ideal for remote work. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with other routes only 6-7 minutes away, making it very well connected by bus. Square One Shopping Mall is conveniently close, just 2.5 km away. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a long-term stay. Despite being a basement apartment, there is no noise disturbance, and the space feels bright and airy thanks to the windows, ventilation, and great lighting.

Rent this apartment for a 4 month job placement nearby. The host Vivian is such a nice lady, always helpful and quickly response for related questions. The place is very clean and maintained that way as always. As a renter, privacy is fully respected. Utilities are all in good conditions. Great location within walking distance of many trails and parks. Main sites in Mississauga are a short bus ride away. Peaceful neighborhood and a very responsive host.
