Monthly Rentals in Misawa River

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

Another perfect stay at Kens place. We had a great lunch in the mountains one day as well. Apartment was spotlessly clean, check in was easy and simple. 5 stars all the way.

The host was very enthusiastic and the service provided resolved the difficulties we had!There was also no problem with communication in Mandarin. Track Noise Issue Mentally Prepared beforehand is not a problem, will consider coming next time!

Wonderful, peaceful apartment, big for Tokyo standards with everything you need to have a wonderful time in the city and then come back to a calm and serene area where you can relax and have a great night sleep. I am a very picky sleeper and I managed from day one to sleep through the night, no noise at all, which is extremely rare. I am very grateful to Sawada-san and his family, they treated me so well, I felt right at home, I will definitely come back next time I'm in Tokyo!
