Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

A perfect place if you love a good view and a homely atmosphere. Very well equipped with everything from hot water bottles to ironing boards to books. Breakfast goods were lovely - with choice of cow or almond milk, a great selection of jams for the toast and a bowl of fruit. Susi was welcoming but not at all intrusive. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t just right.

Just like last year, a home from home, a fab private place to stay, right across the road from rail station, surrounded by nature, walks and pubs. There is something special about Saddleworth and its always the icing on the cake here! Both hosts have been absolutley on the ball. What more do you need?

This is a comfortable clean apartment, quiet yet close to Leeds City centre and Headingley. friendly hosts and lots of little touches like a cooked breakfast to welcome you.

It was a family meet up weekend and this place was perfect. Near to the centre, easy shopping for the few items we needed and close to restaurants and pubs. The normal evening social noises stopped promptly at 10:30 and were not excessive. Hosts were keen to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio. Conveniently located for a walk into the town centre and the property itself was exactly as described. A lovely stay for a couple nights that were comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future!

Second time at Beech House and it was a superb stay. A perfect location for walking into Hebden Bridge and the house is spotless, private and peaceful. John is so generous and the welcome pack he provides is second to none. Highly recommended.

Beautiful traditional cottage in the heart of Hebden Bridge, just around the corner from amenities. Very clear instructions for checking in and lovely facilities. We stayed a very snowy week and the house was warm and welcoming on our return each day.

This was honestly one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The hosts were amazing from the start and so helpful whenever we needed them. The whole experience is very premium including the website which has video tutorials for everything. The facilities were top of the range with cinema room, Sonos sound system, pool table and hot tub. Could not ask for more in a staycation and was great value for money!

We had a wonderful stay. Pre stay communication was perfect, very responsive. Jim checked us in whilst giving a great run down of local activities. We really enjoyed the pub and local craft market/exhibition. Thanks for having us!

This was a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to the town centre (via a steep hill) and had everything we needed. Good communication from the host. We would happily return.

We booked this property for a reunion for multiple families and it was perfect. Sara was very informative prior to arrival with info on the area/activities for kids ect. The house was absolutely spotless, spacious and cozy. Kitchen was great with ample items for cooking for large numbers. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay again!

great place to stay and close to the centre of Skipton. Cruzinho’s instructions for parking were very helpful as was all the information regarding the property. It was the perfect place for the 5 of us to stay for the weekend and was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Had a fab time. Place was perfect and we were able to do everything we wanted and needed to do. The Lamb Dopiatza at the Sizzler across the road was amazing, also the chippy over the road was top quality. I Swear they fried it in beef dripping. Beautiful

Absolutely loved this bnb for my weekend getaway! Kate and Ben were great hosts and very responsive. Super close to the town center but still quiet. Could not recommend more!

Great place, been before and will again!

A lovely, peaceful stay in a very clean, modern flat situated in a quaint area! Jayne was extremely helpful and responsive to any queries/minor issues and a lovely host. The Ticking Room looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean, spacious and cosy. You have to manually adjust the temperature on each radiator, but the flat warms very quickly, the bed was very comfortable and there were extra amenities like a washing machine/ iron. Despite being next to a small train station, there was minimal outdoor noise which was not an issue. The train is a 3 minute walk away and has access to a good number of local places and big cities to explore. I would highly recommend The Ticking Room and would love to return in the future!

Great wee apartment! Would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved the decor! Hosts were responsive and the apartment was easy to find and to access thanks to the host's instructions. Special thanks to the host for instructions on where to park for free. The free parking is not far at all from the apartment.

Fantastic modern apartment in middle of Leeds. Excellent location for shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. Host was great- clear instructions and responsive. Perfect for what we were looking for. Will be back :-)
