Comfortable apartment with everything to have a good stay. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Owner Leandro communicated quickly whenever needed. He gave us recommendation on a carport to leave the car. Everything's great!! We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment near the central area of the silver sea. It is conveniently located, only 5 blocks from the beach. There are also many gastronomic venues in the area, as well as a theater and several activities to do. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition, we were given gift coffee capsules and had everything needed for a weekend at home. Finally, the terrace is the best the apartment has. It's BEAUTIFUL. La Grrilla is an exceptional extra, nice to have some afternoon mates or have an asado at night.

Andy is the best host I ever had on Airbnb, here and in other cities around the world. A good person in whom the client is always right and does not walk around, she resolves whatever you have.

The dpto is very nice and bigger than what you see in photography, very comfortable. The two must-have bathrooms, are complete with a bathtub. Check-in and check-out, we were able to coordinate it without problems. We were received by Cecilia, who was very helpful and kind. The area is very nice with restaurants nearby, we mobilized without problems because we were with vehicles, which we were able to keep in the carport. To go without a vehicle, Varese beach is 3.8 km away, but nearby they pass collectively towards the center. We did not get to use the amenities, but they are available in advance for the use of grills (with a small cleaning cost). I recommend the apartment!

Everything is excellent! The apartment is very nice, we found everything clean and tidy. It was also very comfortable. Antonio's attention was very good!! We would come back and highly recommend it. The only thing missing is a big mirror but everything else is spotless!!

My self and my family stayed at Mercedes place and it was amazing. Mercedes and her family were very welcoming and friendly as they greeted us when we first arrived. They were quick to answer any of our questions and were so accommodating. The space it self was lovely. We felt very comfortable in their home and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and grill. Would 100% rebook :)

The house is great, even better than in the pictures. Super comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few quiet days in Mar del Plata. The area is very quiet, but it is key to go by car to get around in comfort. Everything is impeccable and the owner is a capo, always attentive. Highly recommended, we pass it first 🤟🏼

An expectable house with absolutely all amenities. Full of details that impress you in every corner. We had a unique experience, we struggled to leave the house and wanted to spend the whole day in it. Claudio with very good instructions and recommendations from the beginning, made us feel at home. Better, impossible.

The place was as described, it was very clean and tidy when we arrived! We had a great time, there were 3 of us. Great location, we often walked around. The host was very kind and always available, already upon our arrival and even later for further requests. We will return to Mar del Plata and return to Gustavo.

The apartment is beautiful, ideal for resting after a day at the beach. The bed, the shower, all the facilities very good. The kitchen has everything you need to cook something quick at noon as well as to have a rich dinner at night.
