Management is done by a third party. But very responsive. Everything went well. Recommended accommodation for families and friends with children. The garden and the jacuzzi are a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. We had a wonderful stay at Sebastien's. The place was exactly what we were looking for, clean, well-equipped, surrounded by nature, super quiet place, and the hot tub what happiness!!! Sébastien is a welcoming, friendly and responsive host. If we come back to the area, we will put our suitcases back at Sébastien's.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a pleasant weekend at Chantal's, who is a caring host for her guests. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated by him. As for the Japanese garden… a little slice of heaven! A big thank you to Chantal for hosting us and for her deep kindness, as well as for the meal, worthy of a gourmet restaurant, which she prepared for us with heart and passion. A peaceful little haven and a sweet and caring host!

Our time at Laurence's house was fantastic. The reception was warm, the house is beautiful and very cozy. The small winter garden makes it perfect for any weather. Everything you need is available in the house itself. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Our two dogs also felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed. The house is in a very quiet location, the surroundings are wonderful. St. Malo, Dinard, Dinan, etc. are easy to reach in no time. We will be happy to come back. Marina & Anne

Very conveniently located for crossing the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel on foot. Pets accepted which is nice, descriptive and photos consistent with the listing. Good tips for restaurants nearby!

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation, we recommend it. David is great and gives great tips. Quiet setting conducive to rest, and close to Mont Saint Michel.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. Very pleasant, practical and functional accommodation. Impeccably clean, lots of amenities available. Very nice location 2 steps from the beach and walking trails. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely be back!

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was perfect for our group of 7 bikers. The house was clean, with neat and modern decor. The real asset is the access to a courtyard to park our 7 motorcycles safely, as well as the terrace, ideal for enjoying barbecue evenings! The pool is an undeniable bonus! A big thank you to Anaïs and Quentin for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with friends in an idyllic setting for children (and adults): games, swing, swimming pool and especially... the mini farm, with ponies and goats, which delighted children and parents in the mornings!
